Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 3Words. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate your preference when requesting the exchange. We will ship the replacement item once we receive the original item.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
